One of my favourite moments was during an icebreaker where we had to pitch ourselves in 30 seconds. I was nervous and stumbled a bit, but I ended up laughing through it with the most supportive women around me. That moment taught me that perfection isn’t the goal, showing up as yourself is. I’ve laughed, learned, and built real connections with women who remind me that I’m not alone in this journey. It’s honestly the kind of space I didn’t know I needed, and now I can’t imagine not having it.
